John Vincent – Founder and President

John Vincent is one of the most knowledgeable and recognized experts in the field of hair replacement today. John's expertise spans all aspects of hair restoration options: from wigs and hairpieces to medical treatment and surgery options. He has lectured internationally on the topic of hair loss. John’s research in solving thinning hair problems as contributing editor to the International Hair Loss Journal led him to discovering the unique power of Low Level Laser Light Therapy. First learning from experts in the field of LLLT and, ultimately sharing his knowledge with physician colleagues, helped implement Laser Hair Therapy in offices throughout the U.S.
"Billions of dollars are wasted each year by consumers purchasing worthless products to stop hair loss. Some might see hair loss as vanity, but for others the appearance of healthy hair is an important part of self esteem. So many popular myths about baldness allow unscrupulous companies that hawk bogus services and products to prey on the misconceptions about this common affliction." Vincent notes.
Vincent points out there are only three legitimate ways to help the appearance of thinning hair, short of resorting to a wig or hairpiece. They are:
• Surgical hair transplants. Surgical hair restoration has come a long way from since first being performed in the U.S. in the 50’s. "Many people associate hair transplants with old ‘plug’ technology” he says. "The fact is, if a hair transplant is done correctly, No one can tell."
• Medical Therapy of which two are FDA cleared; Minoxiidl (Rogaine™) and Finasteride (Propecia™).
• Laser Hair Growth Therapy. The newest and safest alternative to medical intervention is using cool light energy to stimulate cellular growth in the scalp.
John Vincent has helped thousands of individuals regain an appearance they’re pleased with. He has conducted dozens of education seminars around the country for more than 15 years. John is the author of numerous articles about hair loss that have appeared in dozens of publications in the nation, contributed chapters in an international textbook about hair replacement techniques, and has appeared in dozens of regionaland national television news and interview programs, including the Oprah Winfrey Show. For 10 years John held a position contributing editor for the International Hair Journal – a quarterly news publication which reports on all types of hair loss, and includes surgical, medical and non medical options.
